Making a purchase
To make a purchase on this site you must be strictly 18 years of age or over.
All orders whether national or international will be dispatched from our US office via USPS priority service. A signature will not be required upon delivery however once we receive confirmation of delivery via www.usps.com your order will be deemed as being delivered, thereafter we will not accept any responsibility for delayed/missing or incorrectly addressed orders.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions stated and automatically accepts all responsibilities.

Electronic payment
Electronic payments through this site are highly secure. Your credit card details are encrypted, so they cannot be read even in the unlikely event of the purchase details being intercepted. Credit card details are not divulged to the store owner, and are only seen by the payment processing network.
Returns policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received it, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid (excluding original delivery charge). You can expect a refund within 5 days of our receiving your return to the original card.
Please contact us with your order number and which items you wish to return.
Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect?
We will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us by refunding your return postage costs. You can expect a refund within 5 days of our receiving of your return. p.e.p spice will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
Exceptions to the above?
If an item has been opened/tampered with or partly used by the customer then a refund will not be given.
Delivery
All orders will be dispatched the same day as ordered as long as the order has been received no later than 15:00 PST Monday - Friday (public holidays are exceptions to this rule). All orders are sent via USPS priority mail and do not require a signature upon delivery. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation that will direct you to login to your account where you will be able to find your tracking information, you can then track your order progress here www.usps.com
Customs (non US orders)
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from our store, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
